Our family, my sister’s family, and my parents spent another relaxing, bonding, fun week staying in the same house we’ve stayed in for years in Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island, courtesy of my wonderful parents. Our HHI week consists of bike rides, beach time, dacquiris, good food, games and puzzles, and lots of laughs and smiles. This is the definition of quality time together.
We arrived on July 4th with big plans for a shrimp boil and fireworks on the beach, but unfortunately the weather had other plans. It POURED the evening of the 4th of July. We ended up watching the NYC fireworks on television. By the time we hit the beach on July 5th, I was so relaxed (a few strawberry mojitos notwithstanding) I barely wanted to get my camera out. By round 2 of beach time, in the evening, I brought it out for just few images. More to come from HHI 2015!
