Ella’s class didn’t have a performance before the winter break, but they did have a little party parents could come to where the kids did crafts and played games. Now that Ella’s in 3rd grade, we really don’t get the opportunity to get into the classroom that often so these chances to get an inside look at her 3rd grade experience are golden. Ella seems to have a fun class, with lots of rowdy boys, quite honestly, and a very nice and well-organized teacher. The kids had a lot of fun on this day making some fun snacks, doing some wintery crafts, and—since we had some beautiful temperate weather that day—even playing some games outside.

{yay! a win for ella’s team. :) }

And another image from a winter activity—Twin Day. Ella and her friend Taylor knew they both had the same sweater, so they carefully planned their outfits for this spirit day, down to the stickers next to their eyes (apparently Taylor’s idea).
